Zaza Farrell is the visionary founder of EmpowHER Enterprises Inc., an organization committed to empowering women and girls from all walks of life. After overcoming personal challenges, Zaza discovered that true power and self-worth come from within, not from external circumstances or opinions. This profound realization, combined with her strong faith, inspired her to create a non-profit that blends her HR expertise with her passion for empowerment.

Zaza’s mission with EmpowHER is to provide the support she once wished for herself, helping women and girls grow into the leaders she knows they can be. The organization strives to make a positive impact on their lives, careers, and families.

Professionally, Zaza has extensive experience in diversity and STEM+ healthcare outreach, building strong relationships with universities and professional organizations. She excels in identifying and attracting top talent, particularly diverse and high-potential candidates. Whether developing strategies for a changing workforce or implementing diversity programs, Zaza aligns business goals with HR solutions. She holds a BA in Communication from Rutgers University and an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University.

On a personal note, Zaza is happily married to Dr. Robert Farrell. Together, they believe in living fully and creating a life filled with passion, love, and purpose. Zaza also actively serves as a member of the Top Ladies of Distinction organization, co-chairing the Status of Women committee and Advisor for Top Teens of America.
