 Patience S. Brown, Esq. is a dual-barred attorney licensed in New Jersey and New York and the Founder of Patience Brown Law. She brings a wealth of legal expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to advocacy and service to her role as a Board Member.

Attorney Brown earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kean University. Throughout her career, she has represented individuals, families, and businesses across a broad range of legal matters, including civil litigation, employment law, family law, real estate, insurance claims, estate planning, probate, and business law.

Known for her strategic thinking and client-centered approach, Attorney Brown is passionate about helping people navigate challenges, access resources, and create pathways to long-term success. Her professional experience, coupled with her dedication to community empowerment, makes her a valuable advocate for initiatives that promote education, equity, opportunity, and personal growth.

In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Brown has held leadership positions dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession. She believes strongly in the power of service and is committed to supporting organizations that create meaningful and lasting impact within the communities they serve.

 Renessta Olds-Haigler is the wife if the Reverend George Haigler III and the First Lady of New Day Community Worship and Outreach Center Ministries in Brooklyn, N.Y. 

Saved at nine years old, filled with the Holy Ghost at eleven years old and serving in various ministry departments from fourteen years. She has served in licensed and ordained ministry for the last nine years. She serves as the Youth Pastor at John Wesley United Methodist Church in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York, under the leadership of Reverend Sheila M. Beckford. 

She holds a double master’s degree in general education and special education grades 1-6. She has returned to the New York City Department of Education teaching Special Education after three years of being an Education Consultant for the Administration of Children Services. As an Education Consultant, she led the Children’s Defense Fund “Freedom School” program providing eight weeks of additional literacy instruction during the summers for children in care. 

Reverend Haigler is in her 2nd year at Drew Seminary located in Madison, N.J. pursuing her M.Div. in UMC Studies with an expected degree conferral in December 2026. Her favorite scripture is “To Whom Much Is Given Much Is Required” (Luke 12)

 Meet Kiwanda Young, a certified credit repair consultant based in Virginia. As a single mother of four beautiful children and a proud grandmother to three, I understand the importance of financial stability and empowerment. I am also a minister of the gospel, and I am passionate about educating others through financial literacy. I love encouraging and uplifting those around me, offering prayers and biblical scriptures to guide them on their journey. My mission is to help others achieve their financial goals while providing support and inspiration. Kiwanda also serves as a contributor for the Empowher Collective..
