The EmpowHER Collective

This is not a one time workshop.
This is not passive motivation.

The EmpowHer Collective is a structured, cohort based experience grounded in consistency, accountability, and real application.

Participants engage in:

• Monthly structured workshops held every third Tuesday 
• Weekly check ins focused on accountability and progress tracking 
• Small group work sessions centered on life planning and goal setting 
• Access to trained facilitators and specialized subject matter experts 
• Daily encouragement and mindset reinforcement through curated content 

Each participant is supported within a cohort of 20 to 25 women, creating a space where relationships, trust, and accountability can actually take root.

The Collective focuses on the areas that most directly impact a woman’s stability and long term trajectory:

• Life Planning and Goal Setting 
• Financial Awareness and Basic Money Management 
• Career Direction and Professional Development 
• Stress Management and Personal Stability 
• Peer Support and Accountability 

This is practical work. Women leave sessions with clear next steps, not just inspiration.

• 3 dedicated trained facilitators lead all core sessions 
• Additional facilitators are brought in for specialized topics such as financial literacy, career advancement, and wellness 
• Quarterly cohort model serving 20 to 25 women per cycle 
• 80 to 100 women actively engaged annually through workshops and structured programming 
• A broader community reach of 700+ women receiving ongoing engagement and support

The EmpowHer Collective is designed to produce measurable improvements in stability, confidence, and forward movement.

Objective 1: Increase Personal Stability and Goal Clarity
Participants will develop and implement structured life plans with defined short and long term goals.

Objective 2: Improve Financial Awareness and Decision Making
Participants will demonstrate increased understanding of budgeting, saving, and financial prioritization.

Objective 3: Strengthen Career Readiness and Advancement
Participants will take measurable steps toward employment stability, career advancement, or skill development.

Objective 4: Reduce Isolation Through Peer Support
Participants will engage in consistent peer accountability, increasing connection and reducing social isolation.

Objective 5: Build Confidence and Self Direction
Participants will report increased confidence in decision making and personal direction.

Participation & Engagement

• 80 to 100 women participate annually in structured cohorts 
• 75 percent or higher workshop attendance rate among cohort participants 
• 60 percent or higher participation in weekly check ins 

Stability & Planning

• 85 percent of participants complete a written life plan within the first 60 days 
• 70 percent report increased clarity in personal and financial priorities 

Financial Growth

• 65 percent of participants implement at least one new financial habit such as budgeting or saving 
• 50 percent report improved ability to manage monthly expenses 

Career Movement

• 60 percent of participants take a defined career step such as applying for jobs, enrolling in training, or seeking advancement 
• 40 percent report increased income stability or new employment opportunities within 6 months 

Confidence & Well Being

• 80 percent of participants report increased confidence in decision making 
• 75 percent report feeling more supported and less isolated

When women are supported consistently, not occasionally, everything shifts.
